From humble roots began Trent’s chef career. Developing his kitchen skills from the BBQ pits of Kansas City to the suburban sprawl of Savage. Trent now spends his days and nights scouring Food Network, farmers markets and local restaurants to bring a unique taste to Burbs Foodie!
Formally trained in the great kitchens of Stearns County Minnesota. His skills have been passed down from two generations of supper club culinary greats (Mike and Germain Dols). He has yet to rise above the rank of plongeur due to heavy use of cream based soups.
